1. Trading is risky

Trading futures, options and other derivatives carries a high risk of loss. Because of leverage, you can lose more money than you have deposited. It is not suitable for everyone. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

2. Forge does not advise you

Forge is an analysis tool and a tool for sending orders to your own account. Nothing it shows (charts, indicators, levels, alerts, screenshots, videos, texts on the website, from support or in the news updates) is investment advice, a personalised recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell. UNIMOVE RC SL is not an investment services firm.

3. Results

Past results, real or simulated, do not guarantee future results. Screenshots and videos use market or sample data and do not promise any return. Simulated results have limits: they do not reflect real execution, slippage or the pressure of trading with real money.

4. Technical risks

Orders, market data, the connection, your equipment and your broker's systems may fail, be delayed or be cut off. Always keep an alternative means of managing your positions within reach: your broker's platform open and operational and/or the phone number of its trading desk. Forge is not your contingency software (clause 13 of the Terms).

5. Your responsibility

You decide on each trade and are responsible for it. You supervise your orders and positions. What counts is what your broker says.
