Who processes your data

What data we process and why

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. When you sign in to your account we use an essential technical cookie to keep your session active.
Where it is stored and who else is involved
User accounts are stored on a server owned by UNIMOVE RC SL, located in Spain.
For the rest of the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing contract:
- Cloudflare: hosting of this website.
- Brevo: sending service emails and, if you accepted, news.
- Stripe: charging paid subscriptions.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as you keep your account active. If you close it, it is deleted, except for what the law requires us to keep.
- News by email: until you unsubscribe.
- Billing: for the period required by tax and commercial regulations.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. To unsubscribe from news, just use the link at the bottom of each email.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
